Las normas contenidas en este Decreto sobre vigilancia judicial y sanciones disciplinarias, se aplicarán, en lo pertinente, a los agentes del Ministerio Público. La averiguación correspondiente, en caso de queja o denuncia contra cualquier agente del Ministerio Público, será adelantada por el funcionario a quien el Procurador General designe al efecto. El fallo será dictado en primera instancia por el Procurador General de la Nación, y en segunda por el Tribunal Superior Disciplinario.
