En casos de impedimentos o recusación de un agente del Ministerio Público, lo reemplazará un agente de la misma categoría si lo hubiere en el lugar, designado por el Juez. Si no lo hubiere, este dará cuenta del hecho inmediatamente al Procurador de Distrito quien designará el agente que debe intervenir en el proceso.
