Las quejas que se formulen como resultado de la investigación a que se refiere el Artículo anterior, contra los funcionarios de la Rama Jurisdiccional y del Ministerio Público serán conocidas, de preferencia sobre cualquier otro asunto, por la autoridad competente. La demora en el fallo constituirá causal de mala conducta. Corresponde al Procurador General de la Nación y a sus agentes velar por que tales quejas sean tramitadas y falladas dentro de los términos legales.
