El fallo se notificara personalmente y si ello no fuere posible dentro de los cinco (5) días de su pronunciamientos, se hará por edicto de conformidad con el Artículo 309 del código judicial. Ejecutado el fallo se comunicará al Ministerio de Justicia y a la entidad o autoridad encargada de darle cumplimiento.
