Las sanciones disciplinarias se aplicaran teniendo encuenta la gravedad de la falta, omisión o irregularidad, el grado de participación en ella y la comisión de faltas anteriores. Los fallos se dictaran apreciando las pruebas sin sujeción a la tarifa legal.
