La multa no podrá ser inferior al valor de cinco (5) de sueldo que devenguen el empleado, ni excederá al de un mes. Se dará efectiva descontándole de la nómina en cuotas iguales a la quinta parte del sueldo mensual, y su imposición se anotara en la hoja de vida del multado.
