Independientemente de la acción penal a que hubiere lugar y sin perjuicio los de ella los funcionarios judiciales incurrirán por violación de las prohibiciones de que trata el Artículo anterior en las siguientes acciones disciplinarias- 1ª Apercibimiento 2ª Multa 3ª suspensión del cargo 4ª destitución de cargo
