Conocerá en única instancia de los procesos de faltas disciplinarias. 1º La corte suprema de justicia y el consejo de estado cuando se sigan contra su persona l subalterno, y 2º los tribunales superiores de distrito judicial, tribunales administrativos y el tribunal de aduanas, cuando se siga contra su personal subalterno o contra el personal subalterno de los jueces cuya nombramiento les corresponda.
