Los magistrados y los conjueces del tribunal superior disciplinario deberán reunir los mismos requisitos y calidades exigidos para los magistrados de la corte suprema de justicia, y estarán sujetos a las incompatibilidades y causales de impedimento o reacusación establecidas respecto de esto.
