La vigilancia judicial se ejercerá ante los tribunales, juzgados y demás autoridades que desempeño funciones judiciales por el respectivo agente del ministerio publico, sin perjuicio de las funciones que corresponden al procurador general de la nación y a los procuradores de distrito. El procurador general de la nación por si mismo o por el intermedio de los procuradores delegados ejercerá la vigilancia en la corte suprema de justicia y el consejo de estado.
