La vigilancia judicial corresponde al ministerio publico y tiene por objetivo velar porque la administración de justicia sea oportuna eficaz conforme a las leyes, y porque todos los empleados y funcionarios y empleados encargados de ella observen la conducta y los deberes propios de sus cargos.
