Los cargos oficiales no podrán ocuparse en interinidad por lapso superior a tres meses, excepto en, los casos de enfermedad o de titular o que el respetivo concurso se haya declarado desierto o su resultado, no permite la provisión en propiedad. Las licencias por causas diferentes a enfermedad no serán superiores a tres meses improrrogables. Si vencido este termino el titular no reasume sus funciones. Se procederá a la elección en propiedad de quien haya reemplazarlo, de conformidad con las reglas del presente decreto.
