En la fecha y horas señaladas para la eleccion, la corporación o el funcionario correspondiente procederán a proveer los cargos materia del concurso siguiendo rigurosamente el orden determinado por el cuadro de calificaciones de los candidatos, salvo el caso de que sea absolutamente necesario alterar dicho orden para conservar la paridad política.
