º . Residencia del Gobernador . Modifíquese el artículo 93 del Decreto 1222 de 1986, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 93 . La residencia habitual del Gobernador será la capital del Departamento, pero podrá ausentarse de ella, dentro y fuera del territorio, en ejercicio de sus funciones. Para salir del país estando en ejercicio de sus funciones, dejará encargado del despacho a uno de sus secretarios e informará al Gobierno Nacional".
