El evaluado puede formular reclamo por inconformidad con la evaluación o clasificación anual. En este caso argumenta verbalmente ante el evaluador o el revisor los puntos de desacuerdo, quienes pueden modificar o mantener su decisión. Si el desacuerdo se mantiene, el evaluado dentro de los diez días siguientes interpone reclamo escrito, ante la junta clasificadora, la que falla definitivamente.
