Las juntas clasificadoras pueden modificar las evaluaciones y clasificaciones anuales, únicamente en los siguientes casos

a)

Cuando se falle un reclamo en favor del evaluado;

b)

Cuando existan diferencias evidentes entre las anotaciones del folio de vida y la evaluación;

c)

Cuando se clasifique anualmente en forma errónea o injusta

d)

Cuando se presentes hechos concretas no conocidos en el período de evaluación. SECCION "B" NORMAS DE CLASIFICACIÓN ANUAL PARA CIVILES
