Las Juntas Clasificadoras y de reclamos están constituidas así

PARA OFICIALES SUPERIORES: --El Segundo Comandante de la Fuerza, presidente y vocal. --El Inspector General de la Fuerza, vocal. --El Jefe del Departamento D-1 del Estado Mayor Conjunto o en su reemplazo el Oficial General designado por el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, vocal. --El Jefe o Director de Personal de la respectiva Fuerza, secretario.

PARA OFICIALES SUBALTERNOS Y SUBOFICIALES: --Un Coronel o Capitán de Navío, presidente y vocal. --Un Teniente Coronel o Capitán de Fragata, vocal. --Un Mayor o Capitán de Corbeta, vocal y secretario. Las juntas para Oficiales Subalternos y Suboficiales son designadas por el Comandante de la Fuerza. SECCION "C" FUNCIONAMIENTO
