La Sección IV, "revisión y clasificación", es diligenciada por la autoridad revisora. En ella consigna su acuerdo o desacuerdo marcando una "X" en el casillero correspondiente.

Parágrafo 1

En el recuadro de sustentación resume los motivos de su decisión y en caso de desacuerdo determina cómo quedan los indicadores que deben ser modificados y por qué.

Parágrafo 2

La clasificación la hace teniendo en cuenta lo estipulado en el Título III, Capítulo I, Sección A, y en el literal c) del artículo 44.
