A excepción de los casos especiales determinados en el reglamento el período de evaluación es anual y se establece así

OFICIALES: Del 1 de noviembre al 31 de octubre del año siguiente.

SUBOFICIALES: Del 1 de agosto al 31 de julio del ano siguiente.

PERSONAL CIVIL: Del 1 de octubre al 30 de septiembre del año siguiente.
