SUBSISTEMA DE CLASIFICACIÓN Y TOMA DE DECISIONES

OBJETIVO: Satisfacer adecuadamente la necesidad de la Institución de clasificar y administrar su personal, con el propósito de lograr la mejor utilización de los recursos humanos, por medio de la selección para ascenso, estimación a corto plazo y orientación de su carrera a mediano y largo plazo.

MECANISMOS: - Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Defensa. - Juntas clasificadoras a nivel Fuerza. - Trámite y solución de reclamos y otras consideraciones. - Toma de decisiones.

INSTRUMENTOS: - Clasificación anual. - Clasificación para ascensos. - Notificación escrita de los resultados de reclamos. - Otros informes que coadyuven al subsistema. - Informes de clasificación. TITULO II. EVALUACIÓN CAPITULO I. PERSONAL POR EVALUAR
