SUBSISTEMA DE ORGANIZACIÓN DE LA INFORMACIÓN Y EVALUACIÓN

OBJETIVO: Describir al subalterno en cuanto a su comportamiento y aptitudes, desempeño personal y profesional, en forma justa, dinámica y funcional. Notificar el resultado de esa apreciación de manera oportuna y formativa; verificar la justicia y profesionalismo de la evaluación.
