SUBSISTENCIA DE OBTENCIÓN DE INFORMACIÓN

OBJETIVO: Obtener información valida, confiable y significativa, acerca del desempeño personal y profesional de los Oficiales, Suboficiales y Empleados Civiles al servicio de la Institución de manera permanente y continúa.

MECANISMOS: Observación permanente del evaluado. Verificación de la calidad exigida a como miembro de las Fuerzas Militares y determinación de las condiciones superiores o inferiores a la calidad exigida.

INSTRUMENTO: - Folio de vida. - Programación personal de desempeño del cargo principal y adicional. - Información básica de Oficiales y Suboficiales. - Otros informes que coadyuven al sistema.
