º El proceso de evaluación no admite sentimientos de benevolencia, simpatía ni animadversión. A quienes corresponda hacerlo se les exige exactitud concisión y claridad en sus conceptos. Las reticencias y demás recursos para ocultar la verdad o favorecer, atenuar o eludir los hechos, afectan las propias evaluaciones del evaluador y del revisor, por demostrar con ello falta de responsabilidad y de carácter.
