Para adelantar proyectos específicos de ciencia y tecnología conforme a las actividades científicas y tecnológicas previstas en este Decreto, la Nación y sus entidades descentralizadas podrán celebrar contratos de fiducia con entidades públicas o privadas sujetas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
