º Los contratos de financiamiento, administración de proyectos, fiducia, arrendamiento, compraventa y permuta de bienes inmuebles y los convenios especiales de cooperación, constarán siempre por escrito, independientemente de su cuantía. Los demás contratos sólo se celebrarán por escrito cuando su cuantía exceda doscientos (200) salarios mínimos mensuales legales.
