º Los contratos de fomento de actividades científicas y tecnológicas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, que celebren la Nación y sus entidades descentralizadas, se regirán por las normas de derecho privado y por las especiales previstas en este Decreto, y en sus efectos estarán sujetos a las normas civiles, comerciales y laborales, según la naturaleza de los mismos.
