RECURSO DE APELACIÓN. Contra la sanción de suspensión procede el recurso de apelación ante el Director General de Prisiones, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a su notificación. Recibido el recurso el Director General de Prisiones lo resolverá dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes. Si fuere necesario podrá ordenar la práctica de pruebas pertinentes y conducentes y la corrección de vicios en el procedimiento.
