RECURSO DE REPOSICIÓN. Contra la sanción de suspensión procede el recurso de reposición ante el Tribunal de Honor dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a su notificación. Recibido el recurso de reposición, el Tribunal de Honor lo resolverá dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes. Si fuere necesario podrá ordenar la práctica de pruebas pertinentes y conducentes y la corrección de vicios en el procedimiento.
