CONTENIDO DEL FALLO. El fallo tendrá una parte motiva y una resolutiva. En la parte motiva se hará un resumen de los hechos, un análisis y valoración de las pruebas y la definición de la responsabilidad del inculpado, de acuerdo con el veredicto y si éste lo declarare responsable se aplicará o se solicitará su separación temporal o definitiva según el caso, del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional. Esta providencia llevará la firma de todos los miembros del Tribunal.
