REINCIDENCIA. La reincidencia en faltas contra el honor personal o penitenciario, es causal de destitución, que será impuesta por el Ministro de Justicia. El término para la reincidencia será de dos (2) años inmediatamente anteriores a la falta que se juzga. El tiempo se contará a partir del último acto constitutivo de la falta.
