SANCIONES POR FALTAS CONTRA EL HONOR PERSONAL O PENITENCIARIO. Las faltas contra el honor personal o penitenciario serán sancionadas por el Tribunal de Honor cuando la sanción por imponerse sea la suspensión hasta por seis (6) meses. La sanción de destitución del cargo, será impuesta par el Ministro de Justicia, previa recomendación del Tribunal de honor la cual no obliga. Cuando el Ministro considere que no hay lugar a destitución o suspensión ordenará el archivo del expediente. Si hay lugar a suspensión devolverá la investigación administrativa al Tribunal de Honor para que la imponga.
