VEREDICTO DEL TRIBUNAL. Devueltos los cuestionarios, la Presidencia efectuará el escrutinio cuyo resultado por mayoría de votos, constituye el veredicto del Tribunal, el cual deberá firmarse por el Presidente y Secretario. Acto seguido el Presidente leerá el veredicto con el cual se dará por terminada la audiencia. Cuando la sanción fuere de suspensión, señalado en períodos distintos, se aplicará su promedio.
