CULMINACIÓN DE LA ETAPA PROBATORIA. Finalizada la etapa probatoria la Presidencia procederá a entregar a cada uno de los vocales el siguiente cuestionario: El inculpado N.N., incurrió sí o no en hechos que se le imputan en autos. El inculpado N.N., es responsable sí o no de haber faltado al honor personal o penitenciario y por lo tanto debe ser

Destituido.

Sancionado con suspensión.
