NOTIFICACIÓN. Tanto el inculpado como su vocero serán notificados de la providencia, en la cual se resuelva convocar el Tribunal de Honor. La notificación se hará personalmente cuando el funcionario pertenezca a la sede de la audiencia y mediante citación certificada en los demás casos, haciéndole saber el lugar, la fecha y la hora de la diligencia.
