AUDIENCIA. Las faltas contra el honor personal o institucional, serán juzgadas siempre en audiencia privada y deberán asistir a ella, los integrantes del Tribunal de honor, el inculpado y su vocero. La inasistencia del inculpado o su vocero a la audiencia no impedirá su juzgamiento. En tal caso se le nombrará un vocero por el Presidente del Tribunal y la audiencia deberá concluir con sanción o exoneración.
