ACCIÓN CONTRA EL COMANDANTE SUPERIOR DE LA GUARDIA. Será competente para investigar y sancionar al Comandante Superior de la Guardia, el Tribunal de honor conformado por el Director General de Prisiones, quien lo presidirá, el Jefe de la División Legal, el Jefe de la División de Inspección, un fiscal nombrado por el Ministro de Justicia y un Secretario que será nombrado por el Presidente del Tribunal.
