DECLARACIÓN DEL IMPEDIMENTO. Los miembros del Tribunal de Honor que estén adelantando una investigación, deberán declararse impedidos, cuando adviertan la existencia de una causal de recusación, informando por escrito al Director General de Prisiones, quien resolverá de plano el impedimento, nombrando el reemplazo en los términos del artículo siguiente.
