Evaluación de competencias. Los Servidores de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social -UGPP- deberán ser sometidos a un proceso de evaluación de sus competencias laborales. Dichas evaluaciones deberán estar directamente relacionadas con el perfil del cargo y harán referencia a las habilidades, destrezas, aptitudes y actitudes que cada servidor debe demostrar en el ejercicio de su empleo.
