Obligación de evaluar. La calificación del desempeño laboral de los empleados de Carrera se hará de acuerdo con el artículo 39 de la Ley 909 de 2004. El resultado de la evaluación será la calificación correspondiente al período semestral. No obstante, si durante este período el Director General o el Subdirector del Area Administrativa y Financiera recibe información debidamente soportada sobre el deficiente desempeño laboral de un empleado, podrá ordenar, por escrito, que se le evalúen y califiquen sus servicios en forma extraordinaria.
