Competencia para adelantar los concursos y etapas de selección . En lo no regulado por el presente decreto, cada una de las etapas de los concursos o procesos de selección serán adelantados por la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 28 y siguientes de la Ley 909 de 2004.
