Objetivo .El objetivo principal del Sistema Específico de Carrera Administrativa en la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social -UGPP-, es promover el desarrollo integral del personal y regular la selección, ingreso, permanencia y retiro de sus empleados, en función de las necesidades de la Entidad. Para alcanzar los anteriores objetivos, el ingreso y permanencia se hará exclusivamente con base en el mérito.
