al artículo 1º del Decreto 1015 de 2002, así: "

Parágrafo

El plazo establecido para decidir sobre las reclamaciones presentadas oportunamente al proceso liquidatorio será de tres (3) meses. El Superintendente Nacional de Salud, podrá prorrogar dicho plazo hasta por seis (6) meses adicionales, si la complejidad y volumen de reclamaciones presentadas o las condiciones de la liquidación evidencian la imposibilidad de decidir en el plazo señalado en el presente
