Mientras se adoptan los estatutos del Fondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, Fondane, continuarán rigiendo los aprobados por el Decreto 2503 de 1980, en lo no previsto en este Decreto. Mientras se adopta la planta de personal del Fondo, éste continuará funcionando con el personal perteneciente a la planta de personal del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE, que actualmente presta sus servicios en el Fondo.
