º Representación legal. La representación legal del Fondo del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, Fondane, estará a cargo del Director, quien será de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República y podrá delegar en el Secretario General y en los Subdirectores Seccionales del Fondo, aquellas funciones administrativas que contribuyan a agilizar las actividades de la entidad.
