Personal. El personal vinculado legal y reglamentariamente al Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Geológico-Mineras, Ingeominas, será incorporado a la planta del Instituto de Geociencias, Minería y Química, Ingeominas. Sus sistemas de remuneración, nomenclatura y clasificación serán transitoriamente los existentes en la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto, mientras el Gobierno Nacional aprueba los estatutos, la estructura interna y la correspondiente planta de personal que adopte la Junta Directiva.
