Cesantías . Las cesantías de los servidores públicos del Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses podrán ser administradas por las Sociedades cuya creación se autorizó por la Ley 50 de 1990, o por los Fondos Públicos que la Junta Directiva señale. La Junta Directiva establecerá las condiciones y requisitos para ello, en los cuales indicará que los recursos sean girados directamente a dichas sociedades o fondos.
