Horas extras, dominicales y festivos . Para que proceda el pago de horas extras y del trabajo ocasional en días dominicales y festivos, así como el reconocimiento, cuando a ello hubiere lugar, de descansos compensatorios, el empleado deberá pertenecer al Nivel Profesional, Técnico y/o Asistencial, siempre y cuando ejerzan funciones médico legales y forenses.
