Remuneración adicional. Los empleados del Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses que trabajen ordinariamente en los departamentos creados en el artículo 309 de la Constitución Política, continuarán devengando una remuneración adicional correspondiente al ocho por ciento (8%) de la asignación básica mensual que les corresponda. Dicha remuneración se percibirá por cada mes completo de servicio y no constituye factor salarial para ningún efecto legal.
