Subsidio de Alimentación . El subsidio de alimentación para los servidores públicos que perciben una asignación básica mensual no superior a ochocientos noventa mil treinta pesos ($890.030) moneda corriente, será de treinta y cuatro mil trescientos cinco pesos ($34.305) moneda corriente, pagaderos por la entidad. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio durante el tiempo que el empleado disfrute de vacaciones, se encuentre en uso de licencia, suspendido en el ejercicio del cargo, o cuando la entidad suministre la alimentación.
