º El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica el Decreto 182 del 31 de enero de 1977 en su artículo 2º, dejando vigente las demás disposiciones del citado Decreto y deroga los Decretos números 100 del 23 de enero, 538 del 30 de marzo y 683 del 17 de abril de 1978.
